BUCCANEER SESSION Series – We’ve delivered a tonne of Upgrades into our Sessions functionality in Buccaneer

With Instructors and Club / Group functionality in mind, we have delivered a load of upgraded functionality and features into Buccaneer.

Session Series allow instructors and clubs to create reoccurring sessions super easily, enabling clients and monthly paying members to book an entire series or a single component of a series (drop-in clients) with a single tap on their phone.

New Functionality Includes:

Challenge Session

A Session run offer multiple days - A typical use might be a challenge activity set over the coarse of a week/month. With an interactive chat room for participants to share feedback, banter etc.

Invitation Only Session

Only those with the “Session Link” can join it

Bespoke Location

If there isn't a Buccaneer location for your Session/Event choose a bespoke map pin (GPS coordinates ) Integrated with Google maps

Enhanced Share

Share your Sessions into any 3rd party platform (Open Graph data available for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) Open in or out of app capability.

Muli Seat/Ticket Purchase

Ability to enabled Multi seat/ ticket purchase

Event Comms and Leaderboard Notifications

Real time notifications and alerts to Event participants and audience

Calendar View of Sessions

Sessions can be viewed in a calendar format making it super easy to check availability for Series and Events

Recurring Sessions over a date range (Session Series)

Re-occurring Session schedules can be set up with associated pricing

Edit Whole Series - Once set up a services can be edited as a whole

Edit Individual components of a series - Once set up individual Sessions within a Series can be edited

Buy Whole Series - Ability for a customer/member to buy into a whole series/course of Sessions

Buy individual components of a Series (Drop ins) - Ability to buy an individual session within a Series (Drop-In's)
